- Termination of the Services by you. You are free to stop using the Services at any time.
- Unregistered Users. If you are not a registered User and do not have an account, you may terminate the Terms by ceasing all use of the Services and deleting all Licensed Elements from your Device.
- Registered Users. If you have an account on any of the platforms listed herein and you would like to stop using such Services, you’re free to stop at any time. If you’d like to delete your account, please contact our Customer Support Team.
- Effect of Termination. If you delete your account:
- Your account will be removed from the respective Learneo platform, but your User Content will remain in accordance with the license to your User Content that you grant Learneo, its service provides and other Users under the Terms;
- We will not be able to provide you with Services for that respective platform, and you will no longer receive emails from us for that Learneo brand; and
- You will not be able to use the email address associated with your account with that platform again.
- Canceling or Pausing Your Subscription.

- Pausing Your Subscription. We may, at our sole discretion, offer you the option to pause your subscription. If offered and available, you can pause your subscription in your account settings.

- Canceling a Free Trial. If you are participating in a Free Trial, unless otherwise provided in the applicable Free Trial additional terms, you can cancel your Free Trial at any time, prior to the end of the Free Trial, by contacting us.
- Pausing a Free Trial. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable additional terms of the Free Trial, you cannot pause your subscription during a Free Trial period.
