- Who is eligible for a free trial?
- Our one-time free trial is offered to new subscribers only. If you have previously purchased a subscription or previously enrolled in the free trial, you will not be eligible.
- What is a trial Subscription?
- The one time 7 day free trial grants you the same level of access to Course Sidekick's features and content as a Premium subscription.
- What do I need to do for a trial subscription?
- In order to start your 7 day free trial, you will need to provide your payment information that will be used for the subscription billing at the end of the trial. You may cancel at any time in account settings.
- What is the difference between the trial and a paid subscription?
- The only difference is that the trial is free. During the trial, you will not be charged anything and once the trial ends, your paid subscription starts and you will be charged the subscription fee.
- How do I cancel the trial?
- You can cancel your trial subscription at any moment from your account settings page. Simply click the “Cancel Recurring Subscription” button. Please keep in mind, once you’ve canceled your trial, it will no longer be available to you.
- How do I upgrade from the trial to a paid subscription?
- Upgrading is not necessary. Once the 7 day trial period is over, you will automatically be charged for a paid subscription.
- Why do we collect your payment method for a free trial?
- Your payment details allow us to prevent fraudulent abuse of our free trial offering as well as payment validation for your selected subscription plan at the end of your trial.
- Will we provide a receipt once their card is charged, after the trial access, for the paid subscription?
- Yes, an email receipt will be sent to your email on file. If you do not receive a receipt, please contact customer support.
