There are a few steps that should be taken before you get Premium access.
The document should go under an initial check.
If approved, your document will be shared and will count towards your earnings of Premium access.
If you have not gained Premium access, it could be that you did not meet the minimum amount of uploaded documents required to earn Premium access.
